We aim to reply within two working days. Privacy and data requests are answered within 30 days as required under the GDPR, and usually sooner.
Reporting something broken
Because everything runs inside your browser, there is no server side log of your session for us to look at. Whatever you can tell us is the diagnostic information, so the details matter more here than they might elsewhere. The three that help most are your browser and its version, the device you were using, and what you typed before it went wrong. Knowing whether the export failed, froze or produced the wrong thing usually narrows it down immediately.
Anything else
Feature requests are welcome, particularly around fonts, aspect ratios and export options. We also handle privacy and data requests under the privacy policy, any legal or rights concern including misuse of the tool, and press or partnership enquiries.
Who you are writing to
TextMatchCut is built and operated by codedash.ai, a product and AI engineering studio, which is also the data controller named in the privacy policy. There is more about the studio at codedash.ai and more about the project on the about page.
