Cookies and browser storage such as localStorage are treated the same way here, because the privacy rules treat them the same way. Google advertising cookies are not in use yet; this table will be updated before the first ad is served.
Changing your answer
The button below reopens the banner from your first visit, and your new answer replaces the old one. Declining after having accepted also clears what PostHog stored.
Clearing cookies in your browser settings has the same effect. Nothing in the video tool depends on cookies, so blocking them will not stop it working.
