Your videos
Videos are created in your browser and are not sent to us. We do not receive, store, or have any means of retrieving the text you enter or the files you download.
Analytics
If you accept analytics, we use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to count visits and see which parts of the site are used. It records the page viewed, an approximate region derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, and a random identifier that groups repeat page views into one visit. None of this is linked to a name or an account, because the site has neither.
If you decline, PostHog is never loaded and nothing is recorded. You can change your answer at any time from the cookie policy.
Advertising
We intend to fund the site through advertising supplied by Google AdSense. No ads are being served yet. Once they are, Google and its partners may use cookies to select and measure them, subject to the same consent choice. Google's own controls are at google.com/settings/ads, and you can opt out of personalised advertising from participating vendors at aboutads.info/choices.
Other services
Vercel hosts the site, Cloudflare sits in front of it, and Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Each of them sees your IP address because your browser requests files from them.
Retention and your rights
Analytics are processed on the basis of your consent and kept for up to 12 months. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Since there are no accounts we generally cannot identify you from our records, but if you want the analytics data associated with your browser removed, email [email protected] and we will handle it within 30 days.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
The date above changes whenever this policy does, including before advertising begins serving.
